Nutriivedia is one of the few shakes we evaluated that we did not color code for a few reasons reasons. First there are just too many ingredients to list on this one! Second is that ingredients in achieve are all pretty darn good for you (green). And third it’s endorsed by Deepak Chopra which we are all big fans.
Achieve is a solid combinations of various proteins (nonGMO Soy, milk, whey and pea) which create a solid foundation. Even though this shakes foundation is Soy protein (which we are not fans) it is non-GMO soy which has much less controversy than GMO Soy. Again we are still just big advocates of skipping the soy entirely and leading with other types of proteins (like the whey family). Achieve goes on to contain over 22 vitamins and minerals, 18 grams of protein, all of your amino acids, and soluble fiber which supplement a healthy diet with essential nutrients often missing from today’s processed foods.
Achieve’s fourth protein, Pea protein, is a great addition to protein it’s core as it can not only help with healthy living, it has also been proven to stave off hunger and suppress appetite.
After careful review, we could not find anything harmful with this option. Unlike other shakes reviewed here, we found that this had natural fiber, an added energy booster, garcinia extract, flaxseed, and no additional fillers, sugar or anything artificial or “corner cutting” as we call it.
Albeit a bit pricey, NutriiVeda Achieve is definitely pushing a good, distinctive blend that is worth looking into. Similar to Shakeology they pack a lot of nutrients into one well rounded shake that hits the mark.
